I was surfing around about news regarding the new season of In Treatment, on whether Melissa would be scheduled to appear in it, and I came across this article (I will only show you a part of it)

“When the show does return, though, it will do so with some pretty significant changes. Paul will likely have a new roster of patients visiting his home office. HBO’s press release says only that “additional cast members will be announced as they are confirmed,” which implies that first-season patients Melissa George, Blair Underwood, Mia Wasikowska, Josh Charles and Embeth Davidtz may not be back.” Source.

Of course there’s nothing official but juding from the other things Melissa has going on, I would, personally (know nothing for certain), not see it likely that she will appear on the show more than possibly a cameo appearance.

HBO renewed its critically acclaimed drama series “In Treatment,” despite relatively low ratings in its first season.

The show will return with stars Gabriel Byrne and Dianne Wiest. Mr. Byrne plays a therapist and Ms. Wiest is his former mentor who is now counseling him as his own family life crumbles.

Running Monday through Friday for seven weeks earlier this year, fans tended to watch the series on digital video recorders and via HBO On Demand, which don’t count towards the overnight Nielsen ratings that shows on broadcast networks are usually judged by. HBO has always prided itself on not programming shows based on their Nielsen number any, because the network is not ad supported.

Production will begin in New York this fall, with the new episode scheduled to air sometime next year, the network said in a statement.

“In Treatment” will have a new executive producer in Warren Leight, who previously worked on “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” Returning executive producers for the show include Rodrigo Garcia, Hagai Levi, Stephen Levinson and Mark Wahlberg. Source.

For now it seems as if though Melissa won’t return, according to this article.

You can’t say HBO isn’t trying to support its fascinating new weeknightly shrink drama “In Treatment” with a variety of viewing options. But you can say it’s mind-boggling trying to figure them out.

In addition to each night’s new half-hour 9:30 p.m. episode on the main HBO channel — Gabriel Byrne’s psychiatrist sees Melissa George on Monday, Blair Underwood [above with Byrne in HBO photo] on Tuesday, Mia Wasikowska on Wednesday, Josh Charles and Embeth Davidtz on Thursday, and Dianne Wiest as his own therapist on Friday — the series repeats the previous week’s episode/session as a 9 p.m. lead-in. Then HBO repeats the pair at 11 and 11:30 p.m. that night.

Meanwhile, the HBO Signature digital channel runs a day behind for laggards. For instance, Tuesday’s Underwood episodes encore Wednesday at 8 and 8:30 p.m. on HBO Signature.

NEW YORK – Gabriel Byrne spends much of his new drama planted in a chair, engaged in dialogue with whomever occupies the sofa facing him. He has plenty to say, but what distinguishes his performance is something else he must do: express the act of listening.

“I found it very challenging,” says Byrne, “to play a character who has to listen.”

Byrne plays Paul Weston, a busy psychotherapist. The series, HBO’s “In Treatment,” is built around sessions with a round of clients who challenge Weston and, maybe, drive him a little crazy.

“In Treatment” is an extraordinary drama, and not just thanks to Byrne. With an ambitious structure likely unprecedented on American TV, it unwinds in half-hour episodes, Monday through Friday, for nine weeks – with each weekday’s instalment featuring the client or clients who routinely see Weston that day.

Premiering in Canada Monday at 8:30 p.m. ET on The Movie Network and 9:30 p.m. PT on Movie Central, the series finds him meeting with Laura (Melissa George), a beautiful young anesthesiologist who wants more from Weston than therapy.

Finally, I have found a date for the premiere of “In Treatment”. It’s January 28, so turn on your TV and watch! For all of those who doesn’t know what I’m talking about: In Treatment is one of HBO’s new shows that Melissa stars in. To best summarize what the show is about, I can basically say that it’s about a therapist and how he deals with dealing with his patients. Melissa is one of his patients, a woman called Laura. The show will apparently go five times a week and there are 45 episodes in total, according to a previous article.

If you’re planning to be “In Treatment” with HBO, be warned: The
schedule will be a rigorous one.

The premium-cable network has set a premiere date for its ambitious
drama series, which follows a therapist named Paul (Gabriel Byrne) as
he counsels several patients while undergoing psychotherapy himself.
It will debut at 9:30 p.m. ET Monday, Jan. 28 and run for nine weeks.

And by “nine weeks,” we mean nine whole weeks. The half-hour show,
based on an Israeli series also called “In Treatment,” will run Monday
through Friday, with each night devoted to one of Paul’s patients.
That patient’s episodes will air on the same night over the course of
the show’s 45-episode run.

Starting with the show’s second week, reruns of the previous week’s
episode for that day will air prior to new installments. HBO On Demand
will preview the full week’s worth of shows each Monday, and HBO
Signature will air the episodes at the same time as the appointments
for each patient: 9 a.m. Mondays for George, 10 a.m. Tuesdays for
Underwood, 4 p.m. Wednesdays for Wasikowska, 6 p.m. Thursday for
Davidtz and Charles and 7 p.m. Friday for Wiest.

I have now added captures from the Alias episodes ‘Blowback’ and ‘Taken’. 244 caps from ‘Blowback’ and 98 caps from ‘Taken’. I will be adding more caps as soon as I can. I am going to try and cap as many episodes before the end of the week because that’s when I start school again.
