Melissa Hasn’t ‘Stopped Laughing’ Since Joining Grey’s Anatomy

By: admin   •   November 13, 2008   •   Filed Under: Grey's Anatomy, News   •   0 Replies

There will be more social shake-ups at Seattle Grace on Grey’s Anatomy.

Australian actress Melissa George guest stars starting with Thursday’s episode as Sadie, Meredith’s friend from the past. “I show up at her doorstep,” George tells PEOPLE. “[Sadie] gets a job at Seattle Grace due to her father, which is yet to be explored. She’s taking a leadership role at the intern society, which is hysterically funny. I haven’t stopped laughing for six weeks.”

Apart from inciting jealousy in Meredith’s current best friend Cristina Yang, Sadie’s character, who is bisexual, will be full of surprises?including possible romances, says George, 32. “I don’t know whether it’s male or female. It could be either; it could be both. We’re all dying to find out.”

Next on “Grey’s Anatomy”…

By: admin   •   November 09, 2008   •   Filed Under: Gallery, Grey's Anatomy, Videos   •   0 Replies

Since Melissa’s debut on Grey’s Anatomy is coming up this week, I thought it might be nice to finally get to see some pictures and also the trailer for the next episode. The trailer is very short but you can catch a glimpse of Melissa in it. She’s helping the gang to hold down a patient. Very excited for the episode I must admit. Also, 14 episode stills from the episode has been added to the gallery. All credits for them go to Grey’s Anatomy Online.

I have now uploaded the poster for Triangle to the gallery. It’s really pretty and it’s all thanks to ShockUntilYouDrop, since they were the ones who posted it. Don’t remember what the movie is about? Here you’ll know:

When Jess hits a seagull on a drive to the local harbour, little does she know that it is a harrowing omen of things to come. She sets sail on a yacht with a group of friends and already things are not as they seem – she just cant put her finger on why. Her suspicions are heightened when the yacht hits a storm and the group is forced to board a passing ocean liner to get to safety – a ship Jess is convinced shes been on before. The ship appears deserted, the clock on board has stopped, but they are not alone. Someone is intent on hunting them down, one by one. And Jess unknowingly holds the key to end the terror.

Melissa breaks the myth on Aussies in Los Angeles

By: admin   •   November 06, 2008   •   Filed Under: News   •   0 Replies

JUST when you thought the Los Angeles branch of the gumleaf mafia was all shrimp barbecues and coldies, Melissa George has thrown cold water on the idea Aussie ex-pats working in Hollywood are all loved up and living in each other’s pockets.

In comments that are sure to fire up a few aspiring stars, the former Home & Away actor told Confidential she didn’t hang out with many Australians in the US and saw few in her working life.

‘”I work so much and think that most Aussies who are doing anything over here are on location or working most of the time, so it’s not how you would think, we don’t get to hang out,” she said.

“The ones that are going to parties are the ones not doing anything,” the actress added, laughing.

Don’t suppose she’ll get many invites for some Jatz crackers and a chardy any time soon after that. Source
